By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 1wi platform — whether via the website, mobile app or any other available channel — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by all Terms and Conditions contained in this document.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as a member and 1wi as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform and your account must be closed immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 1wi.

2.1 Age Requirement

The 1wi platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above only. Any registration by individuals under this age is strictly prohibited, and accounts found to be in violation of this rule will be terminated immediately without any refund.

2.2 General Eligibility Criteria

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must register using your own real identity — not a pseudonym or another person's identity.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or blacklist of any gambling regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Account registration by agents, representatives, or third parties on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active mobile number. 1wi reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided.

3.1 One Account Only

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 1wi platform only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. All detected duplicate accounts will be terminated and their balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 1wi recommends that you:

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

3.3 Account Activity Responsibility

All activities carried out under your account — including wagering, deposits, and withdrawals — are your sole responsibility. 1wi is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account by third parties due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4.1 Deposit Methods

1wi accepts deposits via a wide range of secure, fully supported payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, local bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and other approved e-wallets. All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Winnings may only be withdrawn to a bank account registered in your own name. 1wi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The identity verification process (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM are typically processed on the same day.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification before processing.
• 1wi reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while a security review is in progress.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 1wi are subject to their respective specific terms. Wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions vary for each promotion and will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The 1wi welcome bonus of up to 120% is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit. This bonus is subject to the wagering requirements stated in our Promotions page Each account, IP address, device, and payment method is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• 1wi reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or in violation of these terms.
• In the event of any conflict between the general terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
• Promotion abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account termination.
• 1wi reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.1 Betting Validity

All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the 1wi system are final and cannot be cancelled or altered except under specifically defined circumstances (e.g., cancellation of a sports event). Any attempt to void a valid bet through unauthorized means constitutes a breach of these terms.

6.2 Game Results

All casino game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited. These results are final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be confirmed by 1wi.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communication disruption during an active game, 1wi reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account balance. Winnings resulting from an obvious technical error will not be considered valid.

The following are strictly prohibited on the 1wi platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Identity Fraud — registering or operating using another person's identity.
• Duplicate accounts — opening more than one account to obtain bonuses or evade restrictions.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software — using any scripts, bots, or automated tools to play or place bets.
• Collusion — colluding with other players or staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering — using the 1wi platform to conceal or transfer illegally obtained funds.
• Bonus Abuse — systematic exploitation of promotions or bonuses with the intent of generating risk-free profit.
• System Manipulation — any attempt to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors in the 1wi system.

In summary, your information is used for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and processing financial transactions securely.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML.

• Any action or omission by a third party that is beyond 1wi's control.

10.1 Termination by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 1wi customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Once the account is closed, all data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy.

10.2 Termination by 1wi

1wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.
• Information provided during registration found to be false or misleading.
• The account is found to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• The account is found to be owned by an individual under 18 years of age.
• 1wi is required to do so by law or by directive of the relevant authorities.

1wi reserves the right to review, modify, add or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members through one or more of the following channels:

• Notices displayed prominently on the 1wi website or app.
• Email the address registered to your account.
• Push notifications via the mobile app.

Changes will take effect on the date specified in the relevant notice. Continued use of the 1wi platform after that effective date will be deemed as full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
