When using a web browser, every gaming session starts from scratch — you need to log in, reload pages, and sometimes deal with frustrating session timeouts, especially during live sports betting or intense live casino sessions. With the 1wi, this issue is fully resolved.

FAQ

FAQ — 1wi Mobile App

Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions by Malaysian players about downloading, installing, and using the 1wi app.

Yes, the 1wi app is completely free to download and install on both Android and iOS devices. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges for using the app. Simply register a 1wi account — also free — and start enjoying all available games right away.

Since online casino apps are not listed on the Google Play Store due to platform policy, the 1wi APK file must be downloaded directly from the official 1wi website. The "Unknown Sources" setting allows Android to install apps from outside the Play Store. This is a standard, safe procedure as long as you only download the APK from official 1wi sources.

Yes, your 1wi account is universal and works across all platforms — the Android app, iOS app, or web browser on desktop or mobile. Your credit balance, betting history, VIP points, and all active bonuses are automatically synced across all devices in real time.

If you encounter installation issues on iPhone, make sure you are using Safari (not Chrome) when downloading. After downloading, go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, find the 1wi profile and tap "Trust". If the issue persists, ensure your iOS version is 13.0 or later and contact 1wi customer support via live chat for immediate assistance.

Yes, all promotions available on the 1wi website can also be claimed through the mobile app. In fact, there are exclusive bonuses only available to app users, including a special welcome bonus for first-time downloads and exclusive app deposit promotions. Enable push notifications to make sure you never miss a limited-time offer.

Data usage depends on the game type. Regular slots use approximately 3–5 MB per hour, while live casino with video streaming can use 150–300 MB per hour depending on the selected video quality. Enable data saver mode in the 1wi app settings to reduce mobile data usage by up to 40% without significantly impacting your gaming experience.

The 1wi app will display an automatic notification when a new version is available. For Android, tap the notification and follow the prompts to re-download the latest APK — the update will not delete your account data. For iOS, updates are done via Settings → Device Management, the same way as the initial installation. It is recommended to always use the latest version for optimal performance and security.
